What's the difference between Middle Eastern, Lebanese and Palestinian catering?
There's a shared Levantine core — mezze, breads, grills, sweets — and regional accents on top. Our roots are Palestinian; we cook across the Levant. If you want a strictly Lebanese spread or a Palestinian-themed menu we'll build it; tell us when you book.
Can I order just mezze, without main courses?
Yes — mezze-only spreads are popular for drinks receptions and networking events. Pair the Hot & Cold Mezze platter with two or three salad bowls and you have a full grazing table.
What is the minimum order for catering?
€100 for collection and €350 for delivery. Per-person Shaku Feast buffets have a 30-guest minimum so the kitchen can prep the full spread.
How much notice do you need?
Forty-eight hours is the standard minimum. For events of 50 guests or more we recommend a week so we can lock the kitchen timings and confirm delivery windows around your run-of-show.
Do you offer vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options?
Yes — every section of our menu carries a vegetarian option, with vegan and gluten-free spreads available on request. We can split a single delivery across multiple dietary trays so every guest is looked after.
